The Management Committee
The Grudis Network is led by “Direção”, the management committee with executive powers. The “Direção” is responsible for strategic decision-making and the day-to-day management of the Network. Owing to its informal nature, titles were given to members of the “Direção”, members have responsibilities over particular portfolios.
The internal decision-making process is democratic, collective, with decisions taken by the majority and often unanimously. Whenever deemed necessary, the “Direção” consults the Grudis Advisory Executive, the Ambassadors, and the wider Grudis community.
The “Direção” works organically, making decisions and ensuring that the Grudis Network remains faithful to its defined principles, values, and strategic guidelines.
